Amber is a culinary expert who contributes recipes and healthy nutritional tips to the magazine. She is also a founding independent consultant with NYR Organic. Amber grew up in Petersburg, Alaska and sent a number of years in Juneau raising her two beautiful girls. She currently resides in Washington state.
